Complete d double 24" Pipe
Freeze Isolation at major United States car manufacture located in
the Midwest. The pipe freeze was attempted earlier in the week but
due to flow in the system we were not able to complete the project
at that time. MPR technicians were able to install a flow
meter, a piece of equipment we use on any system where the
question of flow may come in to play. We immediately informed the
customer and the job was postponed until the system was able to be
completely blocked in. Once the project was again started
MPR held the freeze seal for 24 hours in order for
the union contractor to replace/re-route the piping. The execution
of the MPR pipe freeze application and the work performed
by the local pipe fitters union was flawless. Thanks to all of
those involved in coordinating this project.

"skinner" clamp primarily used to keep the acid from spraying and
possibly causing serious injury to plant personnel. #2. Enclosure installed utilizing a Safety
Strongback which will help avoid complete line separation until a
conventional repair can be made. #3.
